Heather came across professional, easy to understand, and was clear and concise. Great job! My only other note is relatively minor - the audio buzz was a little distracting.

Super cool activity to explore! Interviewer seemed genuinely interested and well-prepared and well-asked with questions. Good use of multi-cameras and B-roll, and cutting back and forth. While the visuals at the end with the background use of iFly were nice, the audio issues it caused were abrupt and distracting (it took me a moment to realize it wasn’t an audio mistake and see the device was in use). It would have been cleaner to continue the interview without it in use, or prompt the use with a cut to someone starting it up with someone inside, then back to the interview, giving the viewer an explanation for the noise/audio change. The interviewer looked a little awkward at times holding both the mic and phone which listed the questions. Interviewer would have appeared more engaged/poised had the mic been placed on a table between them, and the questions printed out large enough to sit out of camera frame. The interviewer seemed a little too quick to agree and too frequently inserted unnecessary comments like “sure” and “nah.” Some reaction, especially to surprising facts like number of sky diving jumps staff have done is natural and warranted, but be careful of inserting yourself too much into the story.

Jordan was good at asking appropriate follow-up questions. Presented a good range of different answers. I appreciated the subtitles, especially when voices were muffled by masks our loud room ambiance. I would have liked to have heard more details on how and why the first person became interested in Mission work, and more details on the person looking to do more good in the world (are they an activist, and if so for what causes?). They had the more interesting responses and further questions could perhaps have elevated the segment.

Some good tips coupled with an appropriate music choice. Though mostly still relevant, the tips felt a little out-dated for Feb 2022. Tips acknowledging the challenge of social distancing after nearly two years and ways to safely create a hybrid of safe in- person socializing and remote socializing would have potentially been more helpful.
